Final Project: Leadership Profile Paper

This Leadership Profile Paper will give you the opportunity to do a self-analysis of your leadership abilities, skills, and styles based on all of the questionnaires you have taken and reading assignments from this course. Your paper should be about 8 – 10 pages in length not including title and reference page.

Utilizing the 11 questionnaires from Northouse and the Romans 12 Motivational Gifts Test your paper should include the following:

Your view and perceptions of leadership.
A description of your leadership style and skills and an analysis of leader behaviors you exhibit including your gift mix.
Discuss the source of your power and influence. Include a discussion of how well you perform as a leader, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses.
Explain how you create vision, how your leadership affects others, and how you build community.
Discuss your ethics and core values, how you handle conflict, and your styles for overcoming obstacles.
Where do you see yourself going as a leader? What is your career path in leadership?
What is your plan for improvements that will get you to your goal?
Include the raw scores from the questionnaires as an Appendix to the paper.
Your reference list should include 5 sources at minimum. APA format will be utilized.
